This bursary was established by the Iroquois Falls Family Health Team in memory of Diane Martin, RN.  It is made possible through donations and is valued at $1000.  The recipient will be a local student who is presently enrolled in the second, third or fourth year of a nursing program.

Diane was a kind and loving person with a passion for helping people through her exemplary work as a skilled, hard working, caring and compassionate nurse.  The bursary will serve as a reminder to future generations of nurses of the value of true caring and compassion for others.

To apply, please submit a letter about “Why you want to be Nurse” to renee.lachapelle@iffht.com.  Applications deadline is August 30, 2020.

The successful candidate will be notified by phone or email no later than September 4^th, 2020, so be sure to include this information in your letter.  Proof of enrollment in a nursing program must be provided in order to receive the bursary.
